Delete Pending Grace Period. This period is currently set for 5 days.
Upon deletion, a domain name is immediately deactivated, but remains in the registry database for 5 days with a "Pending Delete Schedule for Deletion" status. During this time, it may be possible to restore the domain name. After this 5 day period, the domain name is completely removed from the registry database, and becomes available for re-registration by anyone.
Auto-Renewal Grace Period. This period is currently set for 30 days.
Domains names automatically renew upon reaching the expiration date. After this Auto-Renewal, the registrant or registrar has 30 days to make payment arrangements prior to deletion of the domain name.
If payment for registration, renewal and other fees are not made during the specified time frame governed by the Grace Periods (Grace Periods), domain names may be put on HOLD and then DELETED for non-payment of fees. Please see Renewal and Deletion Policies.
